Manila International Auto Show 2015

Manila, Philippines. Manila International Auto Show (MIAS) is the biggest car event in Philippines. People see there the newest models from all the manufacturers, but there are also old classics and all kind of accessoriers. This was now fourth time in the row in MIAS and the event has been quite similar the last years.

Event: Manila International Auto Show 2015
Venue: World Trace Center, Pasay, Metro-Manila, Philippines
Date:    9 - 12th of April, 2015

There was many kind of cars already outside of the show rooms. One of the coolest was this Dutch car brand Donkervoort.
Old PopeMobile.
Singapore F1 Grand Prix will be on 18-20th of Sep 2015.
Mini had large stand in the main show room. Here is 4-door Cooper S.
Mini has lot of special details inside the cabin. Here are the light switches in the roof, which are similar style like in some planes.
Subaru had demo car, where is possible to see the structure better.
Ford girl.
It was easy to see, that people like the new Mustang. Sales guy told there will come to Philippines 96 car of 5.0L model and all has been already sold. Price in the Philippines is 3,1M PHP/65,800€.
Volkswagen had also large stand.
People around Beetle and Golf GTI.
Mazda had all new Miata MX-5. Miata is also most popular roadster in the world.
New model looks awesome. 2.0L model with manual costs in Philippines 1,8M PHP/38,200€.
Chevy had also many car models on the stand, but this yellow Camaro was the most popular.
Taiwanese Kymco was only manufacturer, which has some two wheelers on the show. This yellow Xciting 400i was my favorite. This would be also good bike in Manila, because it's big enough (400cc or bigger) to Expressways. Price in Philippines 335,000PHP/7100€.
There was also some beautiful classic cars like to gangster car from DeSoto.
Nicely restored 1902 De Laton.
Well-known car manufacturer, but the model is rare. This is Saab Sonett III and it was manufactured 1970-1974.
Very good looking Mustang.
Old racing Minis.
MIAS was very similar like last year, but why to change it, if it works.

Regards,
Mika
