New BMW Motorcycle Models - F750GS And F850GS

BMW has updated popular F700GS and F800GS models. Both models have now bigger 853cc in-line two-cylinder engines. BMW has updated also the model names, which are now F750GS (77hp/83Nm)  and F850GS (95hp/92Nm).

Fastest Side Wheelie 186Km/h in a Car - Guinness World Records

Finnish stunt driver Vesa Kivimäki has broke the Guinness World Records for the fastest side wheelie. Record was done on 31st of August 2016 in Seinäki, Finland.

Car is the record was BMW 330D fitted with Nokian tires. New record is now 186.269km/h (115.742mph).

The tires used were designed by Nokian specifically for this purpose. Tires have been reinforced with the company’s Aramid Sidewall technology, which made them more resistant to wear and cuts.

That's fast on two wheels.

BMW Motorrad - Vision Next 100

"Glasses instead of a helmet, light clothing, full balance without a stand". These are some ideas of future motorcycling in the vision of BMW Motorrad.

Some places like in Finland helmet is not only safety equipment. It keeps also the head warm. Instead of glasses the same information could be shown in the visor of the helmet.

Interesting to see the future of the electric motorcycles. At the moment the biggest electric motorcycles company is Zero.

Manila Bike Festival and Trade Show 2014

Manila, Philippines. This weekend was time to check largest Motorcycle Show in Philippines.

Small motorycles and scooters are very popular in Philippines like everywhere in Southeast Asia. This means there was also lot of people in the show.

If there are bikes, there are also beautiful girls.

Aprilia had large and nice stand in the show with the big video screen.

Here is something which I know quite well. I had same kind of 800cc BMW on 2008-2009. Great bike for all kind of road and it´s also nimble city bike.

Never seen this kind of brake solution before.

Ducati Panigale 1199 S ABS is one of the most expensive Ducati. Price in Philippines 1,620,000PHP/25,600€.
