Funny pedestrian traffic signs

Haparanda, Sweden. This time something totally different. What would you think if you see this kind of pedestrian traffic sign?

In fact this is in use in Haparanda City in North Sweden. Not alone, but under the real pedestrian traffic sign like this.

There are in use also few other funny pedestrian traffic signs around the city.

I like the idea. Humor can be used also to improve road safety.

Symphony of Zetor tractors

Something funny, what you don't see everyday? That can be for example group of old Zetor tractors, which play a Symphony of Zetors.

Place: Tornio, Finland
Date: 20th of July, 2016

Zetor is old Czechoslovakian tractor brand. Models 25A and 25K were manufactured from 1946 to 1961.

How about the symphony? Sit down and enjoy. Here is a short clip.

This group was riding from Raahe and Ylikiiminki in Finland to Överkalix in Sweden, where is tractor museum. The distance is about 320km, so it take some time with old tractors.

Snowmobiling on water

I wrote earlier about Haparanda Classic MotorMeet. There was also something special program in the same event. Guys rode snowmobiles on water.

This will happen, when play long enough. Rider is in the river and snowmobile under water. Steam is still coming from snowmobile under water.

Snowmobiling on water looks cool. Would be interesting to try even swimming would be more than possible.

New 2016 Porsche 911 Carrera is now twin-turbo

Porsche has updated new engines to 911 (991.2) basic Carrera models. Old 3.4L Carrera and 3.8L Carrera S engines have replaced by 3.0L twin-turbo engines. S model has bigger turbos and of cource more power and torque. Basic Carrera has now 370hp and Carrera S 420hp.

Haparanda Classic MotorMeet 2016 in Sweden

Haparanda, Sweden. This weekend was held traditional Haparanda Classic MotorMeet. The event has been already many times in Haparanda, but for me this was first time.

Event: Haparanda Classic MotorMeet 2016
Venue: Haparanda river side, Sweden
Date: 15th of July, 2016

The event started on Friday 11AM local time. I came about 11:30AM and there was not so many cars yet. Anyway it didn't take long time when the field was already full of  cars.

One of my favorite in the event was this beautiful 1934 Ford. Color was just perfect for this car.

Ford Mustang, but not the basic Mustang. This is 1967 Shelby GT500 SuperSnake.

Specs.

This 1957 Chevrolet Pickup looks great.

Lowrider.

Kenworth trucks are not so common in Europe, but there is something cool.

 Combination ready for trip.

This was something very special. I have never seen Excalibur before.

This Buick looks perfect in this kind of color combination.

1937 Buick Special Business Coupe. This same car was also last summer in Tornio Traditional Motor Event.

Even most of the car were old American classics there were also European cars. This is old Volvo Duett. What is special in this Volvo it´s heavily modified and it´s registered to tractor. This means driver can be only 16 years old.

This was also something special and new for me. 1936 Volvo TR701. Never seen this kind of Volvo before.

Haparanda Classic MotorMeet was great event. Also weather was very nice on Friday, so it was nice to be outside and watch beautiful old classics.

Hot lap with Kimi Raikkonen in a Ferrari F12 Berlinetta

Ferrari F1 driver and also Ferrari's latest F1 World Champion Kimi Räikkönen shows what is perfect car control.

That´s for sure that this journalist will never forget the ride with Kimi in Fiorano. Iceman is always Iceman.

New Porsche 718 Cayman S - Best Cayman ever?

Porsche has reveled new Cayman. Porsche changed also the name from Cayman to 718 Cayman. Same what happened also to Boxster. Of course Porsche has updated everything and everything is also better.

Everything? How about the sound?

New Cayman looks better than ever.

New Porsche Panamera 2017 is Here

First Porsche Panamera came to market on 2009. Now Porsche has revealed totally new Panamera. The whole car looks so much better than the old one. Especially the rear of the car. It´s also much faster.

Bugatti Chiron 2017 - Depth Review

Bugatti revealed new Chiron at Genova Motor Show 2016. Production has limited for 500 and price is 2,4M$. Chiron has 1500hp and top speed has electronically limited to 420km/h, but without limiter top speed is even 461km/h.
